Shatavari
Take it with Milk and 2 times a day at least 3 gm
Yashtimadhu
Take it with milk 2 times a day and in 3 grams.
Amalaki (Indian gooseberry)
You need to take it with water, 2 times a day and at least 3 grams.
Sunthi (dry ginger)
Take it with water around 1 to 3 grams 2 times a day.
Domestic Remedies
- Take coriander seed infusion along with sugar 2 times a day.
- Amla powder should be taken with BD in around 3 to 6 grams.
- Once you are done eating food you should chew fennel seeds with half a teaspoon.
