Take it with water around 1 to 3 grams 2 times a day.

  • Take coriander seed infusion along with sugar 2 times a day.
  • Amla powder should be taken with BD in around 3 to 6 grams.
  • Once you are done eating food you should chew fennel seeds with half a teaspoon.
